What we Treat and How

Low Back pain, Disc issues and Sciatica

Low back pain is one of the most frequent issues we see in clinic and you're not alone if you're experiencing it. In fact, it's estimated that up to 80% of people will experience low back pain at some point in their lives. It can range from a dull, constant ache to a sudden, sharp discomfort that limits your ability to move or function.

Common causes of low back pain include, Poor posture and prolonged sitting, Muscle strain from lifting or twisting, Sports injuries or repetitive stress, Degenerative changes such as arthritis or disc herniation, or Stress and tension, which can cause muscles to tighten.

Sciatica is a condition we often see in clinic, and it can be incredibly disruptive to daily life. It’s characterised by pain that radiates along the path of the sciatic nerve which travels from your lower back, through the hips and buttocks, and down each leg. The discomfort can range from a mild ache to sharp, burning sensations or even numbness and tingling.

As Chiropractors, not only relieve this pain but we focus on identifying and addressing the underlying cause of your sciatica and/ or low back pain. Through a combination of spinal adjustments, muscle release and tailored rehabilitation exercises, we help restore movement, reduce inflammation, and support your body’s natural healing process. Our natural approach is designed to get you back to doing what you love, pain free and with confidence.

If low back pain is affecting your quality of life, we’re here to help!

Neck Pain, Headaches and Migraines

Neck pain, headaches, and migraines are among the most common concerns we help patients manage in clinic. These symptoms often go hand in hand, with tension or dysfunction in the neck contributing to persistent headaches or triggering migraine episodes. Whether it’s a dull, nagging ache or sharp discomfort that limits your movement, neck issues can deeply impact your daily life and overall wellbeing.

Many people develop neck pain as a result of poor posture—especially from prolonged screen time. Stress also plays a significant role, as it can lead to muscle tightness and tension around the neck and shoulders. In some cases, previous injuries such as whiplash can leave lasting effects. Whiplash, which commonly occurs after a car accident or sudden impact during sports, often causes pain, stiffness, dizziness, and ongoing headaches well beyond the initial incident. Even conditions like migraines and cervicogenic headaches (those that originate in the neck) can be closely linked to spinal and muscular imbalances.

Through gentle spinal adjustments, soft tissue therapy, and personalised care plans, we work to relieve muscle tension, improve spinal alignment, and enhance your body’s natural healing processes. Chiropractic care can be particularly effective in reducing the frequency and intensity of headaches, supporting recovery from whiplash, and restoring comfort and mobility in the neck.

If you’re living with ongoing neck pain or frequent headaches, you don’t have to simply put up with it. We're here to help you feel better and regain control of your health.

Pregnancy & Paediatric Chiropractic

Pregnancy is a time of incredible transformation, but it also places unique demands on the body. As your posture shifts and your centre of gravity changes, it’s common to experience discomfort in the lower back, hips, pelvis, and even upper spine. We take a specialised approach to pregnancy care, and our completion of the Webster Technique certification allows us to offer even more tailored support.

The Webster Technique is a specific Chiropractic analysis and adjustment method designed to reduce the effects of sacral and pelvic misalignment during pregnancy. By gently balancing the pelvis and surrounding soft tissues—including the ligaments and muscles—it helps to create more ease within the pelvis. This can not only relieve common pregnancy-related discomforts like back pain, pelvic pressure, and sciatica, but also support an optimal foetal environment. Many women report feeling more comfortable, sleeping better, and moving with greater ease after care using the Webster Technique.

When it comes to children and adolescents, their growing bodies are constantly adapting. In adolescence, we can sometimes see postural issues and, in some cases, scoliosis—a sideways curvature of the spine that typically develops during growth spurts. While each case is unique, early detection and gentle, non-invasive care can help manage symptoms, improve posture, and support spinal health during these crucial years.

Whether you're preparing to welcome a new life into the world or caring for a growing one, we’re here to support your family's health with compassionate, expert care in a calm and welcoming environment.

More Than Just Backs: Helping You Move Better from Head to Toe

While many people associate Chiropractic care with back pain, the reality is that we support patients with a wide range of joint and muscle conditions across the entire body. Our aim is to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore function—so you can get back to doing what you love.

We regularly see patients dealing with joint pain related to osteoarthritis, where stiffness and inflammation can affect quality of life. Chiropractic care can help manage symptoms by improving joint mechanics, reducing surrounding muscle tension, and supporting more comfortable movement.

We also treat muscle strains and sports injuries, helping to relieve pain, speed up recovery, and reduce the risk of re-injury. Conditions such as frozen shoulder, rotator cuff disorders, and shoulder impingement respond well to hands-on care combined with targeted rehabilitation exercises.

Whether it’s pain in the hips, knees, ankles, wrists, or elbows, we take a comprehensive, individualised approach to each case. Through joint mobilisations, soft tissue techniques, exercise therapy, and lifestyle advice, we focus on the underlying cause of your discomfort—not just the symptoms.

At our clinic, we’re committed to treating the whole person, not just the spine. If you’re struggling with joint or muscular issues anywhere in your body, we’re here to help you move more freely and live more fully.
