Following your initial consultation, follow-up treatments are 20 minutes - focused, hands-on care to keep you progressing.

Sports therapy with Hannah Porter
Standalone sessions with our resident Sports Therapist Hannah Porter (BSc, Aston Villa FC). In the studio every Tuesday and Thursday from 16th July.

A full hour of targeted sports or deep tissue massage with Hannah - ideal for chronic tension, injury recovery, or a full-body reset.
30 minutes
A focused 30-minute session on one or two problem areas - perfect for maintenance or a specific niggle.

Safe, qualified pregnancy massage (FHT) with Hannah - to ease the aches and tension that come with pregnancy.
