Your first appointment starts with a brief assessment - what's going on, how long it's been going on, what you've tried, and what you want to achieve. From there we'll talk you through the approach, including roughly how many needles, where they're going, and how long they'll stay in. Most sessions involve between 6 and 20 needles, left in place for 10-20 minutes.
